Luke Morton has been an agent with Harrell Realty since 2002, yet he’s literally been involved in the industry his entire life. His father has been a building contractor for more than 40 years, and currently, Luke is co-owner with his dad of Morton Construction Holdings, a major firm in our area. Having worked on that side of the fence for so many years, Luke brings a unique understanding of market trends in real estate and rental properties. As a result, his clients benefit from his specialized knowledge and experience. In addition to being a licensed agent and building contractor, Luke is an associate with Harrell Appraisal Services and has been performing property appraisals since July ‘02.
