Does HARRELL respond to lockouts?

No, if you lock yourself out of your unit you are responsible for hiring a locksmith. If the locksmith has to re-key your unit, you must provide us with a copy of the key.

What constitutes a maintenance after hour emergency?

Floods – Busted pipes, faulty water heater, air-conditioner condensation line, overflowing toilet, etc.  ***Turn off water immediately, call (254) 772-8572 and press prompt 6.***

Things I can check before submitting a maintenance request?

Please check all breakers and GFI switches before calling for electrical problems.

Can I schedule maintenance?

We do not schedule maintenance. Once a work order is requested, our maintenance crew will respond in a timely manner. Please leave your keyless deadbolt off on the front door until the maintenance has completed their work.

What are some of the things not covered?

We do not supply pest control, batteries for smoke detectors and garage remotes, or a/c filters.

What about nights and weekends?

Only emergency; flood, fire, sewer back-up emergency call (254) 772-5891 and leave your name, telephone number, address, and details of the emergency.

How do I request maintenance?

A maintenance request needs to be in writing except emergencies. You can email to maintenance@harrellrealty.us, drop it off at the office, go to our website www.harrellrealty.us, or mail to: 4315 Lake Shore Dr. Suite M. Waco, TX – 76710

What are your hours?

Our office is open 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday.
