HARRELL Group Real Estate Services has been in business since 1981. We started out as residential sales office with 3-5 agents. In 1986 HARRELL Realty expanded to include HARRELL Realty Management Systems, our property management company. We eventually came to be HARRELL Group Real Estate Services, that includes commercial and residential sales, commercial and residential property management, and commercial and residential appraisals and consulting.

- Residential Management began with ten units that has grown into approximately eleven-hundred units.

- Commercial Management started with one multi-tenant retail center that has morphed into ten+ multi-tenant retail centers in Waco and surrounding areas. Also, 120,000+ SqFt. multi-tenant office buildings in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

- Residential Occupancy Rate: maintained at 95%- 98% on an ongoing basis.

- Commercial Occupancy Rate: 88-92% on an ongoing basis.

- Eight licensed agents for residential real estate

- Three licensed agents for commercial real estate

- Six staff members with the combined experience of 75+ years in real estate. 

We are currently working on the expansion of our property management clients in the Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Austin Texas areas in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate.
