Fees and Charges

Upon Submitting an application, the application fee of $35.00 plus the application deposit are due. Without payment, we are unable to hold the unit for you. Once your application has been approved, the application deposit becomes your security deposit.

Upon approval of application, we will contact you to sign your lease. 

The lease must be signed within 72 hours.

Garage remote deposit is $50.00 per remote

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on most properties. No dogs over 35lbs without PRIOR APPROVAL. ***Male cats must be neutered. All cats must be declawed.*** Pet deposit is $250.00 (due at move in) plus $25.00 per month pet rent per pet.

or

Up to two pets: $250.00 pet deposit plus a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee (due at the time of move in)

Three Pets: $300.00 pet deposit plus a $300.00 non refundable pet fee (due at the time of move in)

NO MORE THAN THREE PETS ALLOWED ON ANY PROPERTIES

If you are interested in viewing a vacant property, a copy of your driver's license and a telephone number are required before receiving a code to the lock box located on the property.

When you decide to lease a property, an application, application fee and application deposit must all be submitted in order to take the property off the market. 

If your application is approved, then a lease will be prepared and executed. (approval is generally within 24 hours.)

Monies are deposited once application is approved.
