Application Process

When you decide to lease a property, please fill out the application and submit it to our office with the application deposit and a $35.00 non-refundable application fee.  

Please note:  We lease our properties on a first come first serve basis.  In order for us to consider your application, we must have your completed application with the application deposit and application fee.  We will not process your application without deposit and application fees.  All applicants over the age of 18 must provide information on a separate application with an additional application fee, unless you are married.  They are also required to sign the lease.

The application will be processed within 24 hours if we are able to obtain the necessary information.  Should we be unable to obtain all the necessary information requested, you may be asked to assist us in obtaining that information. 

If approved, you will be notified and an appointment will be set for you to come in and execute your lease with the leasing administrator.

If you are not approved, you will be notified by telephone or mail and only your application deposit will be refunded.
